Anton Bossenbroek

Hi, I'm Anton

Half French, half Dutch, I grew up in the Netherlands riding bikes through rain and wind. It certainly taught me persistence, a quality that's defined my entire career.

My journey with technology began at 12 when my dad sent me to computer camp, where I fell in love with programming. Learning from books and endless hours of tinkering, I hacked my first server at 14 and became Linux certified by 18. The possibilities of what technology could create fascinated me then and continue to drive me today.

My Journey

My career began at HP—a transformative experience that took me to San Francisco as a young professional. That first taste of travel and helping companies solve real problems set the course for my future. After completing my Master's in Computer Science, I entered the world of consulting, driven by a desire to create global impact.

My roles at Bain & Company and BCG taught me how to bridge technical solutions with business needs. But what truly shaped me was seeing how technology could transform organizations from the inside out.

Today at Spatialise, I'm bringing together talented individuals from engineering, data science, and agriculture to create AI solutions that transform soil management practices. What excites me most is seeing how our technology directly impacts farmers' ability to grow food more efficiently while reducing environmental impact—creating solutions with purpose that matter in the real world.

Beyond my core role, I'm passionate about helping startups and scale-ups reach their potential. I love the unique challenges of bringing structure and clarity to ambitious teams ready to grow. Today I am excited to bring my experience to help startups scale, by refining their technology strategy, implementing practical AI solutions, and building effective teams that can execute with precision. What energizes me most is seeing founders transform their vision into reality—taking their innovative ideas and turning them into sustainable, impactful businesses that solve real problems.

Beyond Work

While living in New York, I discovered my passion for photography. There's something special about large format photography—the deliberate process, the wait, the mechanical precision of the equipment. My landscape work has become a way to tell visual stories and explore complex subjects.
